  I remember the original garden centre with the animals, which sadly was destroyed through a fire, I bought my wonderful and very clever budgie from here nearly 7 years ago she sadly died earlier this year. I have fond memories of the garden centre... And it holds a very special place in my heart,it is quite pricey, and the staff are really pleased to help with any queries, keep up the good work

  Awful, such a rude man Arranged a set rate on the phone to and back from the airport for 4 people which we told them- sent a normal car which couldnt fit 4 cases so had to wait 25 minutes for another taxi to come Told us just to phone on the way back for same rate so we did making very clear it was 4 people and 4 cases! Checked once we got in the taxi it was same rate agreed to which he said it was nearly double the agreed rate and started being really rude saying it wouldnt have been that rate so had to call the company- they found the booking from a week earlier and it was because they had sent the wrong car the first time but no one had bothered to tell us it would be nearly double on the way back and we only had the agreed money on us- the driver was really rude just saying we would need to pay the higher fare that we didnt have so we said we would just get out at first drop off- his attitude was disgusting saying things like your doing my head in, we gave him the couple of extra pounds we had and he responded by throwing the coppers on the floor- do not use

  In my opinion Mark worthington is the most obnoxious, rude, arrogant and rip off merchant I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Spent a lot of money with him in the space of four months on two items. The first watch was sold with damaged and an unwearable strap and the second watch would not hold the time. When returned to the shop he was not prepared to do anything he just stood there grinning at me sarcastically this man is very nice when he was taking the money but when I returned with a problem..... Wow!!!! You would not believe his attitude towards me in my opinion rip off merchants and an absolute disgraceful company, disgusting after sales customer service
